Our Installation Crew:
The NextEnergy installation team are the best at what they do. Each installation employee is certified with years of experience installing premium solar arrays. We do not use contract labor. If there is a problem with your array, we handle it.
Perhaps the best way to learn about the professionalism of our installation crew is to hear it from one of our many customers:
Dear Randy,
Now that our Sunpower solar electric system is complete and fully operational, I thought I would provide you with my assessment of Next Energy's performance on our system. In a word, that performance was outstanding!
Before our business relationship even began, Next Energy had a running start to land our business, as you came highly recommended by some neighbors who also had purchased their solar electric system from you and who were extremely pleased with your work. These folks are very tough graders and had done a substantial amount of research before choosing Next Energy.
At the beginning of our business relationship with Next Energy, the attention to our project that you personally afforded was something I had never experienced in dealing with vendors and especially construction contractors. It took you less than 48 hours from the time that I first called you until you came to my home to explain my options and to present alternative bids for the job.The prices you proposed were very fair and highly competitive based upon bids I received from your competitors. From that day forward, you remained personally interested in the project as I learned from just about all of the Next Energy team members with whom I dealt.
The work was begun on a Tuesday and our new system was fully operational by mid-day on Friday. As you know, Ben was the foreman of the job. He was assisted by Josh and Frankie. Ben is one of the most courteous, caring and knowledgeable construction managers I have ever met. He was personally involved in all aspects of the job. He was most responsive as I would pose numerous questions to him either in person (as I took off from work on the first day of the project) or by cell phone over the ensuing days of the project. Not only was he skilled in all facets of the installation but he was also very sympathetic to our need to make sure that our house or landscaping was not damaged during the construction. He even created a circuitous route for moving the rails and panels to the roof so as not to walk on our grass or plants (an important issue for my wife!). He is obviously a perfectionist and is proud of the quality of his work and very pleased to be working at Next Energy.
Josh and Frankie were also very competent and courteous throughout the construction of the system. Josh, in particular expressed to me that he believes in the importance of the work he is doing in building renewable energy and loves working for your company. It helps that he has training and experience as an electrician so he can perform quality assurance on the electrical aspects of the job.
Emma has been a gem in performing her client "hand-holding" and facilitation function. I have been dealing with Emma since the day after I signed the contract through the completion of the job. She has always been accessible to answer questions and to walk me through each stage of the job especially for the scheduling and administrative aspects of our project. Steve has also been most responsive and made himself available to answer all of my questions about rebates, PG&E scheduling and permit procurement, etc.
In short, every Next Energy person with whom I have dealt throughout the project has been a joy to work with. The job was performed efficiently and professionally. I look forward to continuing my relationship with your wonderful company not only in dealing with service or warranty issues but also in referring new customers to you.
